This cell is a combination of a Fanuc M-701ic, 5 Axis Robot, integrated conveyors and a Lantech Automatic Stretch Wrapping machine. Product is delivered into the cell via 24V Motor Driven Roller zero pressure accumulation conveyor. As product arrives in the pick zone, the M-710ic Fanuc Robot uses a vacuum assisted End of Arm Toll to pick boxes and place onto pallet. The completed pallet is then transported by Chain Driven Live Roller Conveyor to be wrapped. After being wrapped the pallet exits the Robotic Cell for pick-up.
